Mustafa Najjar: From parliament to the unknown!

Al-Najjar is one of the most prominent faces of the revolution of 25 January. He is one of the most famous journalists who were honored by the Human Rights Information Center in Beirut in 2009 as one of the best five Arab bloggers in the field of human rights. He is also a prominent parliamentarian. He won in 2012 after the glorious January revolution in one of the seats in the Egyptian parliament.
On 13 October, social networking activists were surprised by a post written by Al-Najjar on his personal Facebook page, in which he recounted the details of his case, in which he was accused of insulting the judiciary and recounting its details two days before the cassation. Mustafa al-Najjar, who had been dismissed by the border guards while trying to escape to avoid the prison after his cassation has been rejected. There are some stories confirm his presence in the Asalal prison in Aswan, while his wife said that the last time the carpenter was seen was 28 Last September, and added that the last contact she received from him told her that he is in Aswan and will return before For the court session.
Al-Najjar's disappearance was blamed on the Egyptian regime, which considers enforced disappearance to be one of the punishments stipulated by its law to punish political activists. Hundreds of posts by Hashtag "# Mustafa_Alnajar_where" were launched by activists on social networking sites "Facebook and Twitter", but unsuccessfully there is no information about Mustafa Najjar yet and his family don't not know his fate until now.

"مصطفى النجار فين"، مئتان و سبعة عشر يوماً على اختفاء البرلماني و الناشط السياسي المصري مصطفى النجار، يعد "النجار" من ابرز الوجوه الشابه لثورة 25 يناير، و هو من اشهر المدونيين الذين كرمهم "مركز معلومات حقوق الإنسان" ببيروت عام 2009 كأحد افضل خمس مدونييين عرب في مجال حقوق الإنسان، و أيضاً هو برلماني بارز حيث فاز في عام 2012 عقب ثورة يناير المجيدة بأحد مقاعد البرلمان المصري.
في يوم 13 أكتوبر الماضي فوجيء نشطاء التواصل الإجتماعي بمنشور قد كتبه "النجار" على صفحته الشخصية على "فيس بوك"، يحكي فيه عن تفاصيل قضيته و التي اٌتهم فيها بإهانة القضاء و حكى تفاصيلها قبل جلسة النقض فيها بيومين، و بعد صدور حكم محكمة النقض برفض الطعن اختفى مصطفى النجار، تواترت الروايات عن مصيره احد الرويات تقول ان تم تصفيته على يد حرس الحدود اثناء محاولته الهرب لتجنب السجن، وذهبت اخرى للتأكيد على وجوده في سجن الشلال بأسوان، بينما روت زوجته ان اخر مرة شوهد فيها "النجار" هو يوم 28 سبتمر الماضي، و اضافت ان اخر اتصال تلقته منه ابلغها انه في اسوان و سيعود قبل جلسة المحكمة.
و وجهت اصابع الاتهام حول اختفاء النجار إلى النظام المصري الذي يعتبر الاخفاء القسري هو احد العقوبات التي نص عليه قانونه لمعاقبة النشطاء السياسيين، فمنذ تولي الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي حكم مصر سجلت منظمات حقوق الإنسان المئات من حالات الاخفاء القسري و الذي تصل المدة في اغلب الحالات إلى الشهور و حالات اخرى إلى سنوات مثال على ذلك اشرف شحاته المحامي و رجل الأعمال الذي خرج من منزله يوم 13 يناير عام 2014 و لم يعد إلى الآن، بعد ان تلقت زوجته اتصالا منه يخبرها بأنه سيذهب إلى مقر امن الدولة للدردشة في بعض الأمور كما اخبروه.
كما طالبت منظمات حقوقية النظتم المصري الكشف عن مصير النجار، كما حملت بعض المنظمات النظام المصري مسؤلية سلامته النجار و حياته، و قد نشرت منظمة "هيومن رايتس ووتش"، على موقعها العربي على وسيلة التواصل الإجتماعي"تويتر" اتهاما مباشرة إلى النظام المصري متمثلاً في الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي بعدم المساعدة في الكشف عن مصير مصطفى النجار.
و على نقيض اخر اصدرت الهيئة العامة للاستعلامات بياناً قالت فيه ان "النجار" هارب بكامل ارادته و نفت ان يكون قد اُلقي القبض عليه او اُخفي قسريً، و قالت الهيئة ان الحديث عن اخفاءه قسري ما هو الا ادعاء للتهرب من تنفيذ الحكم الصادر بحقه.
مئات المشاركات مذيله بهاشتاغ "#مصطفى_النجار_فين" قد اطلقها نشطاء على مواقع التواصل الجتماعي"فيس بوك و "تويتر"، لكن دون جدوى لم يظهر مصطفى النجار و لم تعرف اسرته مصيره إلى الآن.
