Execution of three individuals in a fabricated case

The death sentence was executed in the case of "Sons of Counselor"
Abdelhamid Abdel Fattah, 43 years old, owner of a computer company, Ahmed Maher and Moataz Ghanem, were sentenced to death for hanging the son of Counselor Mahmud al-Mawarli in case No. 200 of 2015, Mansoura, known as the "Sons of Counselor".
It is worth mentioning that the Mansoura Criminal Court forwarded their papers to the Mufti on May 22, 2016. They were sentenced to death on July 17, 2016. The sentence became enforceable after the rejection of the cassation. The execution was carried out on 7 February 2019

اعدام ثلاثه أفراد في قضيه ملتم تنفيذ حكم الإعدام في قضية "أبناء المستشارين"

حُكم على عبد الحميد عبد الفتاح ، 43 عاماً ، وهو مالك شركة كمبيوتر ، أحمد ماهر ومعتز غانم بالإعدام لتهمة شنق ابن المستشار محمود الموارلي في القضية رقم 200 لعام 2015 ، المنصورة ، المعروفة باسم "أبناء مستشار".

جدير بالذكر أن محكمة المنصورة الجنائية قامت بتحويل أوراقها إلى المفتي في 22 مايو 2016. وقد حُكم عليهم بالإعدام في 17 يوليو / تموز 2016. وأصبحت العقوبة قابلة للتنفيذ بعد رفض الطعن. تم تنفيذ الإعدام في 7 فبراير 2019فقه
